This is why we will remain open to serve our community and help keep hospital beds clear for those affected by the ongoing pandemic. However, we understand that with the new wave, you may want to stay in the safety of your home, so we have rolled out our new telemedicine service. In the case that our telemedicine appointments and at-home exercises are not enough to stave away neck and back pain, our office is still open for in-person appointments. We have completely revamped our appointment schedules and disinfectant procedures to keep our patients and our team safe. For example, we have begun scheduling patients apart to minimize patient to patient contact, while increasing our use of disinfectant on high-touch areas.
